I have several CSV files (Tab separated) and RESX files in one project. Source language is German, target language is English.
When I write the target file for RESX then I get *.resx with the English language.
When I write the target file for CSV then I get *.csv with the German language.
Open I the same project with v9.2 and write the target files for CSV then I get the *.csv with English language.
I installed and tested v9.4 on a Windows 8.1 and on a Windows 7. On both I get the wrong language in the target CSV.

We made two minor changes to our "Tab Sep. Text" file converter in V9.4 but we do not see a reason that the target file will be created with the source language text. We have checked this once again.
If you can send us your database file (.fsmdb) (and the/one source csv file) we would like to check it using your data. Please send it to support@schaudin.com.
