"ClassFactory" Visual Basic error when starting RC-WinTrans 9.4
Visual Basic error: "System Error &H80040111 (-2147221231)".
Fix:
The Micosoft component MSComCtl.ocx must be updated, newly installed and registered.
Run the following setup to update the MSComCtl.ocx:
