No. The attributes "Localization.Attributes" and "Localization.Comments" are still ignored by RC-WinTrans.

Is it the "Localization.Comments" you primarily use to append a comment text for an element?

Posts: 3 		It would be very nice to be able to use the "Localization.Comments" to give detailed instructions to the translators regarding specific texts.
It would also be nice if Localization.Attributes could be used to prevent translation of certain texts.
