Blade_tm 		Hello guys. Please help me to resolve the problem with opening projects.
When i try to open any project i see in log:

I use RC-wintrans 9.4.0.76 on Windows 10 Pro.

Blade_tm 		I enabled this option, but the same situation.
Program's log when i try to load project:

Attention: RC-WinTrans is not registered as COM server.
-> RC-WinTrans cannot be used as COM server by a client application.

News service active.
Error (94): The file does not exist: "C:\Program Files (x86)\RC-WinTrans\RC-WinTrans 9 Translator\Program\RCWinTrans_Dictionaries.ini."

Blade_tm 		All .NET Framework are installed and enabled. I'm try to run with different compatibles and administrator rights but nothing happens.

Please try to create a new translation project.

Command: "File" | "New" | "Translation Project.."

I tried to open project from different disks and folders, but nothing changes.


Is it possible to create a new project?
Then add a source file to the project. What is the result?

I have limited licence:

Restrictions:
Cannot be used to create new translation projects.
Cannot be used to add or remove files from a translation project.


Before i updated my system from win 8.1 to win 10 RC-WinTrans works properly.
